We know that there are many customers that are looking to move, so we would like to assure you that we have invested a great deal of time and careful consideration into making sure we continue to act responsibly and professionally at this unprecedented time.
Understandably, we know that many of you are still unsure about what is and what isn’t allowed and currently may not want to be in other people’s homes, or indeed allow others into yours. If you need to, or want to move home during this time, but are shielding, or wish to limit social contact as much as possible, we have a range of virtual services available to help you with your move.
If you’re comfortable to have in-home viewings, we can continue doing these with only two households in the property at one time.
